Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email directly from Australia Post that will provide you with a tracking number.  To Track your items please go to auspost.com.au/track and simply enter the code provided from your shipping confirmation. Please note that all orders are despatched between 1 and 9 working days unless otherwise advised.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19 AND VARIOUS RESTRICTIONS, WE ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS IN THE DESPATCH AND DELIVERY OF MOST OF OUR RANGES. DUE TO THIS WE HAVE REVISED OUR DESPATCH TURNAROUND TO BE UP TO 15 WORKING DAYS FOR ALL RANGES WITH THE EXCEPTIONS OF ELOMI AND FREYA WHICH MAY BE UP TO 20 WORKING DAYS.
